I trust them for honest, reasonable cost, professional work on the vehicle we use for my family's many long trips. Auto safety is very important. The work area is very clean, great waiting room, clean rest rooms. That tells you something too. Have gotten a lender for important errand while waiting. They partner with a trusted nearby used car dealer too.

Just had an awesome experience here! After searching for a place in town that does oil changes on minis, I was recommended here. They were able to get me in the next day for that and a tire patch and both were extremely affordable. They gave me great advice on different things having to do with my car (maintenance, etc) and as someone in the customer service industry, I respect how helpful and honest they were to me. They definitely have a customer for life and I will be referring them to everyone I know!

I went in there for obvious reasons. Not really feeling good that day for, again, obvious reasons. But! I was quickly brightened up, as a young man known there as the "nephew that pops his head in every now and then" completely empathized my despair of the day, and showed genuine interest in my well being as a person, all in the while I received 5 star service. The owner helped me find affordable, quality parts online, along with speedy mechanic labor. Great experience! Also, they should pay that nephew to pop his head in more often.

Our engine light came on in the truck. Reluctantly, I begin searching for a place to take a look at it. I started with the dealership, both in Tyler and Longview, and was not impressed with the reviews. This shop had excellent reviews and I can say that they lived up to them! I was seen that day, the problem was fixed that day, and there was no "up sale"--no pressure--no issues at all. They were friendly, informative, and their waiting room is very nice as well. I hope not to have to visit again, but if the need arises, I will return!

Had a tune up on my Honda at 133,000. I was informed before that it should be done every 100,000 and all it takes is a spark plug change. Had it done here and they complied to my request to save the spark plugs that came out of the motor. Very friendly staff and answered my questions.

Just moved to Tyler and had some brake issues. Someone recommended Engines Express and they did a quick excellent job. Even fixed some minor things without charging me. Sent pictures and called me before doing any repairs that weren't quoted. Called me 5 minutes before closing and offered to have me pay over the phone so that I could get the car that same day. Definitely went above and beyond in service. They have a customer for life.

I, unfortunately, had to have my engine replaced, but the staff explained everything thoroughly and gave me a fair price on a used engine. I also had my instrument cluster repaired. My truck now runs beautifully, and I'm also thrilled to have a working speedometer! Everyone at Engines Express was knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. This was my first Engines Express experience, but I will be returning for all of my regular maintenance in the future.
